It's time to target and tone your Arms!  Many clients have asked, and we have listened. Originally designed as a 30m test class that focussed on strengthening arms and wrists.  We have now extended it to 45m.  Lisa uses a various exercises with repetition, long holds and multiple tempo changes, to tone your arms and make you feel the burn.  2022 will be the year of the arms 8 )))
 
What you need:
A pair of 2 or 3 pound weights
foam roller 

Who should attend:
Anyone free from wrist issues and looking to lean out their limbs.

*We have some weights available for sale at studio.  $10.00 plus HST (pair)
