This 45 minute class is jam packed with exercises designed to target your core musculature and improves proprioception. The big ball allows for full range of motion of the spine and places a large focus on eccentric strengthening.
What you need:
65cm Ball
Wall space (free from obstruction)
Mat
Who should attend:
All clients who are currently registered in a Core Ball class or any client who has been doing Pilates for at least 6 months that have no balance issues.
Classes that have not met our minimum registration may be cancelled. If you must cancel a reservation please do so with 24 hours notice, or the class will count towards your pass.
